Youth Poetry/Art Slam

(Waynesville)–The Waynesville School District through its Diversity Committee is planning to host the first district-wide Youth Poetry/Art Slam next month.
Marianne Ward, the district’s director of communications and marketing, says the event will be held Wednesday, February 12th, starting at 6 p-m, in the Lecture Hall at Waynesville High School. Diversity themed art will be on display in the hallway outside the Lecture Hall with the Youth Poetry event to take place inside the Lecture Hall.

The Youth Poetry/Art Slam event will start at 6 p-m on February 12th.
