Wright County Man Dies In Tuesday Accident

An 81-year-old Mountain Grove man was killed in a single-vehicle accident at 2:20 Tuesday afternoon on Route ZZ five miles west of Mountain Grove in Wright County. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that the car driven by Willie E. Craig ran off the right side of the road, went airborne, struck a fence and some trees, then overturned and caught fire. Craig was pronounced deceased at the scene by Wright County Coroner Ben Hurt.
