Wright County Businessman Drug Trafficking Arrest

Wright County authorities arrested a local businessman, Billie Dean Gleason, and five other individuals as part of a drug trafficking investigation. Gleason has been charged with first-degree trafficking in connection to the operation.

At 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, law enforcement executed a warrant at the Norwood Truck Wash and seized approximately 1/4 pound of high-quality ICE methamphetamine, which is estimated to have a street value of $10,000.

The investigation is still underway, and authorities anticipate that further arrests may be made in the near future.
