    Work Continues On Allen Building Downtown

    Progress is underway for a project to convert the Allen Building into loft apartments. Lebanon City Administrator Mike Schumacher says there are multiple key reasons for saving the building.

    Schumacher says the building holds many memories in Lebanon, going back close to a century.
