An Oklahoma man was arrested on Sunday morning after he was caught in the process of burglary. Lebanon Police responded to the call in the 200 block of Taylor Street and found the victim going out the front door of her home. Police went inside with guns drawn and found 38-year-old Steve Golladay inside, ordering him on to the floor. while checking the house officers found a window broken out and muddy footprints on the floor leading from the bedroom to the kitchen. When Golladay was searched he was in possession of a check that belonged to the victim, and a vial, and an envelop that contained a substance that tested positive as methamphetamine. Golladay has been charged with burglary and possession of a controlled substance, with a bond of $25-thousand-dollars cash or surety. He has also been charged with forgery. According to court records, Steven Tyrone Golladay was free bond from a charge of stealing that was filed in November, in Laclede County, when the burglary happened.
