Wipers on, Headlights on

The Lebanon Police Department recently shared a post on Facebook reminding drivers of a Missouri Law. When windshield wipers are on, headlights and taillights are required to be on as well. Lieutenant Kieth Shumate with the LPD says it saves lives

Shumate also says that they’re always looking for this issue, and correct it whenever possible
