William “Billy” Warren Douglas, Jr., 62, of Richland, Missouri passed away Thursday, November 21, 2024, at his home.

Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 27, 2024, in the Memorial Chapel of Richland.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 27, 2024 in the Memorial Chapel of Richland. Private burial will be held at a later date in the Elm Grove Cemetery near Richland.

Services are under the care and direction of Memorial Chapel of Richland.

Billy leaves behind to cherish his memory, his children, Ashley Newell (James), Andrew Douglas (Becky), Adam Douglas (Alayna), and William Warren Douglas III, (Adrian Garrett) all of Richland, MO; 10 grandchildren; seven siblings, Susan Douglas of Baltimore, Maryland, Stephany Lawrence (Jimmy) of Peculiar, MO, Sandy Sheehan (John) of Middleton, WI, Sonia Douglas, Sharon Watkins (Ronald) of Gadsden, AL, and Stephen Douglas (Missy) of Richland, MO; foster siblings, Rosie, Jeannie, Sylvia, and Kenny; aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Services are under the direction of Memorial Chapel of Richland.
