William Bernard Lower, 98 of Fair Play, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at Colonial Springs Health Care Center in Buffalo.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar.
Funeral services will take place at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 30, 2024, at Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar.
Burial will follow at Barren Creek Cemetery.
