In response to the growing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the White River Marine Group is scaling back operations at its manufacturing plants. The layoffs affected around 100 tracker / white river employees in the Lebanon plant and 350 total positions company-wide across seven facilities, which equates to around 11 percent of the total workforce. White River says they are saddened about the personal impact this tragedy is having on their dedicated team members. White River says their strong desire is to rehire their extremely talented individuals as quickly as conditions allow. Until then, they are doing all they can to support impacted team members, including providing a severance program that includes full pay and benefits for an additional two weeks as well as additional support based on years of service.
