People who live in communities need to know the days and the hours for legally discharging fireworks this Fourth of July season. In Crocker, fireworks can be discharged legally between the hours of 8 a-m and 11 p-m July 2nd through the 4th and from 8 a-m to 10 p-m on July 5th. In Dixon, the firework hours are 8 a-m to 11 p-m July 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Richland’s personal fireworks discharging hours are 9 a-m to 10 p-m on July 3rd and 5th and 9 a-m to 11 p-m on July 4th. It’s legal to discharge personal fireworks in St. Robert from 8 a-m to 11 p-m through July 5th. Fireworks can be discharged legally from 8 a-m to 10 p-m on July 3rd, 4th, and 5th in Waynesville on privately owned property with the consent of the owner and occupant, in Laughlin Park, and in that portion of the Waynesville City Park not occupied by the water spray pad, playground, or other park facilities and structures.
