Webster County Crash injures 1

A one-vehicle crash this morning in Webster County sent one person to the hospital. According to the Highway Patrol, 18-year-old Steven Green of Marshfield was traveling on Route W, 10 miles north of Marshfield, when he swerved to miss a deer, ran off the road, and hit a tree. Green received serious injuries in the crash and was taken to Cox South in Springfield. According to the report from the Highway Patrol Green was not wearing a seatbelt.
