Webster County crash causes injuries to 3 people from Seymour

A 3 vehicle crash on Highway 60 on Tuesday afternoon resulted in serious injuries for two people. According to the Highway Patrol, a vehicle driven by 59-year-old Vickie Davis of Seymour pulled into the intersection of Highway 60 and North Street and was hit by a semi driven by Victor Gray of Pleasant Hope. Davis’s vehicle spun into the passing lane and was hit by another semi which was being driven by 54-year-old Kevin Odom of Summersville, and then overturned. Gray’s semi also flipped on its side in the road. Vickie Davis and one passenger 24-year-old Taylor Davis were seriously injured in the crash. A 4-year-old boy who was in the car with them received minor injuries. They were all transported to Cox South Hospital for treatment.
