A crash occurred yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon in Webster County leaving three minors seriously injured. A 17-year-old Fordland resident was headed Northbound on North Iron Mountain Road in Fordland, with three passengers from Fordland, one 17, two 15-years-old, sitting in the truck bed. The driver failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off the right side of the roadway, and struck several trees. The three occupants were ejected from the truck bed. All three occupants were transported to Cox South via EMS, and the car was totaled. None of the passengers were wearing a safety device.
