Waynesville Sophomore selected to All-State Band

(Waynesville)–James Knight, a sophomore at Waynesville High School, has been selected to the Missouri All-State Band.
Earlier this month, more than 14-hundred students from across Missouri met at Hickman High School in Columbia to audition for the honor of participating in the top honor band in the state. Only 108 students are accepted into this elite ensemble. The band will meet, rehearse, and perform at the Missouri Music Educators Association Conference January 25th at 1:30 p-m in the Grand Salon of Lake of the Ozark’s Tan-Tar-A Resort.
