Waynesville School Superintendent, Dr. Brian Henry, says the new Defense Act will mean more money for area schools
(Washington, D. C.)–Recent events in Washington, D. C. have overshadowed news about the impact of the Congressional override of President Trump’s veto of the National Defense Bill. The override means that provisions of the Defense bill will beneficially impact the Fort Leonard Wood area with a 3 percent pay raise for military personnel and more money for the ongoing construction of a new hospital on post.
