Despite serious food supply shortages facing several school districts in the state, the Waynesville School District is faring better than most in supplying wholesome meal choices every school day. The Waynesville School District partners with OPAA! to provide the meals.
Here’s Waynesville Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Brian Henry.

The district is currently limited to offering one or two choices for entrees at the elementary schools and two to four options, along with ala carte, at the secondary level.
Parents who want to find out what their children will be served for the day can go to the Nutrislice App on the district’s website.
