The Waynesville School District is advertising surplus items for bid through the auction website Govdeals.com. The uploading of items will vary, which results in items having various auction dates/times. Interested parties may view items by going to GovDeals.com. If you are interested in bidding, you will need to select “register for free” and register as a bidder. A few items for bid include a 1998 Buick, teacher desk, educational videos, student/office chairs, paper shredder, file cabinets, technology equipment, air compressor, utility bed, welders, and more. All items will be sold “as is.” Bidders will be responsible for the pickup of all items awarded. Assistance will NOT be provided. Some items are currently located at the district’s school buildings on Fort Leonard Wood. The district will relocate those items to a school off the post for the successful bidder; however, the successful bidder must give the district at least 48-hour notice prior to pick-up date and time.
