Waynesville Man is Arraigned on Drug Charges

A Waynesville man was arraigned in court in Pulaski County on Multiple charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. 50 year old Danny Franklin Propes is accused of acting in concert with another on October 12th 2014, possessing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, and possessing baggies, a spoon, and a lighter, with the intent to prepare methamphetamine.. He is also accused of acting in concert with another, possessing morphine and hydrocodone with the intent to distribute on October 12th, 2014.

Judge Colin Long set Danny Propes bond at $5,000 and scheduled a status of counsel hearing for June 14th.
