Waynesville Man Facing Charges In Phelps County

A 29-year old Waynesville man was taken into custody by members of the Missouri Highway Patrol at 10:05 Thursday night in Phelps County. Joshua K. Price faces charges of Felony Probation and Parole Warrant for Domestic Assault, Felony Resisting Arrest by Fleeing, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Price was taken to the Phelps County Jail in Rolla. No bond has been set.
