Waynesville Man arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, and delivery of a controlled substance

42-year-old Jermone Williamson of Waynesville has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, and delivery of a controlled substance. Court documents allege that on April 8, Williamson was in possession of methamphetamine, a controlled substance. Court documents further allege that Williamson then resisted his arrest by attempting to flee. The defendant also allegedly possessed fentanyl, another controlled substance, and had the intent to deliver it. Williamson pleaded not guilty to all three charges. Judge Colin Long ordered the defendant to personally appear for a counsel status hearing on May 1st and a preliminary hearing on May 22nd.
