Waynesville man arraigned in court on a charge of domestic assault
A Waynesville man was arraigned in court in Pulaski County on a charge of domestic assault. 22-year-old Shawn Marshall, Junior is accused of causing physical injury to his companion by stomping on her face with his foot on August 24th. Judge Colin Long set Shawn Marshall’s bond at $30,000 and scheduled the status of counsel hearing for August 30th.
