Waynesville Christmas Parade 2 pm Sunday

One of Pulaski County’s oldest annual events will be taking place this Sunday, the Waynesville Christmas Parade in Downtown Waynesville, which has been a continuing tradition since the late 1950s. The parade has had many sponsors throughout the years and is now sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Pulaski County.
Parade spokesperson Tim Berrier says this parade promises to be bigger than ever.

The parade will begin at Waynesville Middle School at 2 o’clock Sunday afternoon and will travel to Downtown Waynesville Square. The city route will be closed to thru traffic for the parade. There will not be any detour route available like there was for Christmas On The Square. The latest weather forecasts for Sunday afternoon are for a rain-free event. After the parade, the City of St. Robert invites viewers to come to St. Robert Community Center and Park for its annual Holiday in the Park event.
