Watts charged with Domestic Assault

Lebanon Police responded to Walters Drive for a report of a man threatening to beat up a woman. The officer spoke with the victim who said that Marion Watts had entered her residence, and took her phone from her. The victim said that she tried to take it back and he grabbed her by the neck and slammed her against the wall. She also said that he started choking her and said he would kill her. She said hit him and he put his thumb under her neck and said he threatened to kill her. She said he then threw her over the couch. When police questioned Watts he denied assaulting the woman. Watts is charged with felony domestic assault and is currently free on bond. His next hearing is set for June 12th.
