A report of a disturbance in the 14-hundred block of West Elm resulted in a woman being arrested on outstanding warrants on Monday night. It was reported to police that there was an altercation in the parking lot, involving 7 or 8 people and one may be armed with a pipe. When Lebanon Police arrived they didn’t see a group of people but did see a vehicle parked with the lights on and a woman inside. An officer spoke with the woman and asked if she saw a disturbance, but she was less than cooperative and made accusations against the police department. The woman reportedly appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance. The officer ran the license plate on her vehicle, and it came back to 31-year-old Jessica Smith. When a check was run on Smith, she was found to have warrants for her arrest for failing to appear in court and was taken jail.
