Warner Brothers Teaming up with the American Red Cross

In coordination with the 35th anniversary of Shark Week the American Red Cross is teaming up with Warner Brothers. The Summer time is one of the worst times for the American Red Cross association when it comes to giving blood. The association is hopeful that teaming up with a big name company like Warner Brothers will draw more people in to give blood. Stacy Burks with the American Red Cross says there are plenty of local blood drives coming up, and it is not a long process to give blood.

If you come to a local blood drive by August 12th you could potentially win a three night stay in New York.

The blood drive in Lebanon will be Wednesday, July 19th from 10-3 in the Mills Center. If you attend this blood drive you will receive an officially licensed shark week t shirt.

If you are on the road Burks says these blood drives are available through out the country, and if you download the American Red Cross donor app on your phone all you have to do is input your zip code to find your nearest blood drive center.
