Wanda Elaine Osborn, age 73, of Phillipsburg, Missouri, entered into rest on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at her home, with family by her side.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday, August 23, 2024, at Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home, Buffalo. A time of visitation will be held the hour prior to the service. Following all services, Wanda will be laid to rest at Hopewell Cemetery, Tunas, Missouri.
