Volunteers sought for Choices Program

The Waynesville-St. Robert Chamber and the Rotary Club of Pulaski County will be continuing to present the CHOICES Program to all 8th grades in the county this fall, and they need volunteers. Chamber Executive Director Cecilia Murray said the program gives 8th-grade students motivation, and practical life skills

If you would like to volunteer as a new presenter you must attend the training session this year on Thursday, August 27th from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Chamber office in the Tourism meeting room. Sign up by calling the chamber office at 573-336-5121. If you are unable to be a presenter but would like to help, you can sponsor a class for $150. Murray said that it costs $150 for each kit for a class participating in the Choices Program.
