Vets Day parade to be broadcast live on KFBD 97.9 and on myozarksonline.com

(St. Robert)–Time is ticking down to the annual Veterans Day Ceremony and Parade in the Fort Leonard Wood area. The event, as before, will be sponsored by the Waynesville-St. Robert Area Chamber of Commerce. This is the year for the parade to be held in St. Robert.
The Veterans Day ceremony will begin Monday, November 11th, at 11 o’ clock in the morning, on the parking lot of the St. Robert Municipal Center. The parade will officially step off at around 11:30 following the ceremony and will go from the Municipal Center, turn right on Missouri Avenue, turn left onto Old Route 66, turn around at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders and then end at the St. Robert Community Center. The Parade Marshall will be Daniel Barnes, the 2019 Veteran of the Year. For questions, call the Chamber office at 573-336-5121, or e-mail chamber@wsrchamber.com.
