Versailles man charged with Drug Trafficking
A Versailles man who was involved in a head on collision in Lebanon in October 2023, has been charged with drug trafficking. 45 year old Michael Gene Davidson was allegedly under the influence while driving a vehicle on North Jefferson in Lebanon, that collided with another vehicle. After the wreck officers performed a search of his vehicle and located a bag of homemade pills, and a gallon size bag with a large amount of a crystal substance. Lab results came back that the pills contained fentanyl and the crystal substance was methamphetamine. This week, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Michael Gene Davidson on charges of drug trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, and 3 traffic violations. His bond was set at $100-thousand-dollars.
