A donation from First State Community Bank could bring an urban park to Downtown Lebanon. Lebanon City Council will consider a bill that will approve the conveyance of the property at 113 North Madison during tonight’s(mon) meeting. If approved, City Administrator Mike Schumacher tells Regional Radio News the urban park will have special features….

Schumacher said the idea is for the urban park to be under the supervision of the Downtown Business District. If approved by City Council the project, including engineering is estimated to be around $150-thousand-dollars. The property donation comes with naming rights by First State Community Bank.
