Upgrades to Cowan Civic Center

The Capital Improvement tax voters approved will now help with upgrades to the Cowan Civic Center. Lebanon City Administrator, Mike Schumacker says, the improvements people will see and some behind the scene improvements:

Schumacker says the civic center will get a new roof as well:

Schumacker says, the Cowan Civic Center is getting along with age and it starting to need some deep maintenance done to it, replacing sidewalks, work on the parking lot and other issues down the road.
