Unidentified body found near Eldridge in what is being called a suspicious death

The Laclede County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a suspicious death following the discovery of a body off of Kinfolk Road in Eldridge on Friday, November 6th.
While the body has not yet been positively identified, detectives are currently following multiple leads regarding the circumstances surrounding the investigation. An autopsy is pending and more information will be made available as it becomes available.
