Two stealing cases in Judge Colin Long’s Courtroom

28-year-old Sarah E. Ellis of the Richland area has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on a charge of stealing leased or rented personal property. Court documents allege that Ellis on April 11th of last year, having signed a written agreement for the lease of a sofa, loveseat, and chaise lounge, failed to return these items to Aaron’s by the agreed-upon date. Ellis entered a not-guilty plea and Judge Colin Long scheduled her case for a May 16th counsel status hearing.

44-year-old Myra Lea Logan of the Crocker area has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on charges of forgery and stealing.
Court documents allege Logan on February 1st of this year stole a 2022 John Deere 3032 tractor, acting in concert with another person, and then with the purpose to defraud the tractor’s owner, authenticated a bill of sale, so that it purported to have been made at another time. Myra Logan entered not guilty pleas to the two charges. Judge Colin Long scheduled her case for a May 16th counsel status hearing and a May 22nd preliminary hearing.
