Two People Have Been Taken Into Custody in Pulaski County For Alleged Delivery and Possession of a Controlled Substance

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department reports it has taken two subjects into custody after a search warrant was executed in the 15-thousand block of Hardin Lane Tuesday afternoon. 77 grams of Fentanyl and 14 grams of crack cocaine were seized in the operation by the South Central Drug Task Force and the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department.
Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long Wednesday issued warrants against Thomas Spence and Diana Shafer for delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Bond for both Spence and Shafer has been set at 250-thousand dollars each, cash or surety.
Both subjects remain incarcerated at the Pulaski County Jail in Waynesville in lieu of bond.
