Two Men Face Murder One Charges in Pulaski County

Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman has announced that the Pulaski County Grand Jury has indicted two individuals involved in the shooting death of Gregory Rivera of St. Robert October 16th of last year. Both individuals are charged with Murder in the First Degree and Armed Criminal Action.
The two individuals so charged are 38-year-old Steven Allison of Alamogordo, New Mexico, and 26-year-old Bryan Gardner of Waynesville.
The indictment was filed under seal in March, but could not be released to the public until both subjects were arrested. Both defendants are now in custody and remain in the Pulaski County Jail in Waynesville in lieu of posting 1-million dollar bonds.
