Two Lebanon Residents Jailed Overnight

Two Lebanon residents were taken into custody early this morning  by members of the Missouri Highway Patrol. 28-year-old Haley C. Jarrell and 42-year-old Philip D. Jarrell are facing charges of felony unlawful use of a weapon, three counts of felony endangering the welfare of a child, felony possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Both are being held in the Laclede County Jail. No bond has been set.
