Two I-44 ramps to undergo resurfacing July 17 and 18

(Lebanon)–The Missouri Department of Transportation is advising motorists to be aware of two Interstate 44 ramp closures this weekend. As part of the ongoing I-44 resurfacing project in Laclede County, a contractor working for MoDOT will be paving both on- and off-ramps at the westbound I-44 interchanges with Route MM and Route 5 in Lebanon. Work is scheduled to take place Friday and Saturday, July 17th and 18th, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night. Ramps will be closed while work takes place but only one location will be closed at a time. Message boards will be in place alerting motorists of the ramp closures and drivers will need to use alternate routes.
