Two hiring events this week at Fort Leonard Wood

There will be two hiring events this week at Fort Leonard Wood. The first one, an MWR hiring event, will take place on Wednesday, July 26th, in Dillard Hall, Building 470, Room 1129. Hiring sessions will be held from 9 to 10 a.m., 10 to 11 a.m., and 11 a.m. to noon that day. Limited slots are available. Pre-register for an interview time today.
Go online to leonardwood.armymwr.com to pre-register and to see a list of available MWR positions. Required documents for applicants include a current resume, proof of education, and social security card. Optional documents for preference include PCS orders and marriage license, DD-214, VA rating, DA-3434, and SF-50. The second hiring event, the “Hire Our Heroes” career summit will be held Thursday at Nutter Field House. Over 40 employers with over 2,500 open positions are expected to attend the event from 9 AM to 4 PM. Attendees can meet with military-ready companies actively hiring for local and nationwide positions. Attendees will also receive insider tips from hiring managers and recruiters and discover the best interview practices and salary negotiation methods.
