Two Lebanon residents were taken into custody by members of the Missouri Highway Patrol in separate incidents Monday. 40 year old Billie Finley was charged with, felony possession of a defaced firearm, felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Laclede County jail and later released. 42 year old Mark Miller was arrested on a Laclede County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, a Taney County warrant for property damage and felony identity theft. Miller was taken to the Laclede County jail, no bond has been set.
