Two Fort Wood Area Teens Injured in Friday Night Crash
Two area teenagers received moderate injuries Friday evening in a one vehicle accident in Pulaski County. The highway patrol says 19-year-old Skyler Krampe-Branch of Plato and a 17-year-old juvenile from Waynesville were injured when the 1999 Ford F-250 driven by the juvenile traveled too fast rounding a curve and overturned. Krampe-Branch was transported to General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital for treatment. The 17-year-old juvenile male was taken to Mercy Hospital in Lebanon for treatment.
The highway patrol no longer provides names of juveniles in its traffic crash reports. A Missouri law just went into effect that places persons 17 years of age in the juvenile category.
