Two Eldridge Teens Airlifted to Springfield Hospital
Two Eldridge teenagers suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle accident at 3:58 Sunday afternoon. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that a pickup truck driven by 18-year old Sarah L. Wilson ran off the right side of Highway E, 7 miles northwest of Lebanon; the truck then struck two trees. Wilson and an unnamed 16-year-old passenger were airlifted to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. Neither occupants were wearing seatbelts.
