Two-day Covid-19 mass vaccination effort at Fort Leonard Wood starts Friday 2/5/21

(Fort Leonard Wood)–This is the first day of a two-day Covid-19 mass vaccination effort at Fort Leonard Wood. First doses of the Pfizer vaccine will be administered from 7 to 7 today and tomorrow at Nutter Field House to all Tricare beneficiaries, age 16 and over. The goal of this event is to provide a wide distribution of the vaccine to Fort Leonard Wood service members, Department of Defense civilians and contractors, and Tricare Prime-enrolled beneficiaries. Appointments are required and can be made by visiting www.informatics-stage.health.mil/GLWACHCOVIDApp. General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital officials note that you will be considered ineligible for the vaccine if you have been diagnosed within the last 90 days, or if you have had another vaccine during the last 14 days.
