Crocker man was arraigned in court in Pulaski County on charges of domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child. 52-year old David Cook is accused of causing physical injury to his companion by choking her on May 5th, and aiding a child less than 17, to engage in the offense of possession of a controlled substance. Judge Colin Long set David Cook’s preliminary hearing for May 24th.

A St. Robert woman was arraigned in court in Pulaski County on a charge of resisting a lawful stop. 24-year-old Richelle Lynnae Griffith is accused of resisting a police officer who was making a traffic stop on May 9th, fleeing in such a manner that created a substantial risk of serious physical injury or death to other persons, by operating a motor vehicle on Old Route 66, at speeds in excess of 80 miles per hour, while weaving in and out of traffic. Judge Colin Long set Richelle Griffiths Bond at $50,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 7th.
