Two cases in front of Judge Colin Long in Pulaski County Associate Court

Johathan Ybarra of Waynesville has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on charges of domestic assault in the third degree. Court documents allege that on May 21, the defendant caused physical pain to another by tackling them to the ground and holding them down with his body. The victim was a domestic victim in that they and the defendant had been in a relationship of a romantic or intimate nature. Ybarra pleaded not guilty to the charges. Judge Colin Long ordered Ybarra to personally appear for a preliminary hearing on June 13th.
Michael Combs of St. Robert has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on charges of assault and armed criminal action. Court documents allege that on May 25, the defendant caused serious physical injury to another by stabbing them in the right arm with a knife, a deadly weapon, causing a “substantial laceration” and damage to the tendon. Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges. Judge Colin Long ordered Combs to personally appear for a preliminary hearing on June 13th.
