Starting Tuesday, June 15th, masks will no longer be required for those who are fully vaccinated when they’re in judicial areas of the 25th Judicial Circuit courthouses, including courtrooms, clerk’s offices, judicial offices and corridors, jury rooms, lobbies, and hallways. However, individuals who are in someone else’s workspace may be requested to put on a mask. People who are not fully vaccinated or otherwise immune to Covid-19 should continue to mask. Proof of vaccination status will not be requested nor required. Everyone should otherwise continue to practice Covid-19 mitigation procedures. This lifting order will affect judicial areas of courthouses in Phelps, Pulaski, Maries, and Texas Counties. The order was signed Thursday by Presiding Circuit Judge John Beger.
