Troops at Fort Wood Can Pick Up Free Holiday Trees

Trees for Troops has made a stop this (Thursday) morning at Fort Leonard Wood, delivering free holiday trees for military personnel. The trees were delivered at the Auto Skills Center on post.
Trees are being given out for pick up by active duty military members, reserve, national guard, and spouses. Individuals must bring their military ID and sign in to reserve a number. For everyone’s safety, patrons can wait in cars or at a safe distance on the Auto Skills Center parking lot for their number to be called. Only 20 people will be allow in the tree lot at one time.
Pickup of a free tree by authorized personnel will be available tomorrow while the supply lasts.
