Tri-County Fair is underway

(Richland)–The annual Tri-County Fair is underway and will run through Saturday night in Shady Dell Park in Richland. There will be carnival rides all nights of the fair. Special ride armbands are available at 15 dollars per person. As in the past, there is no admission charge to attend the Tri-County Fair.
