Tree of Lights announces 2020 Honorary Chairman

(St. Robert)–The Pulaski County Unit of the Salvation Army held its annual Tree of Lights luncheon this past Thursday in St. Robert.
Richland businessman and former Pulaski County State Representative Jim Mitchell of Richland was announced as this year’s Tree of Lights honorary chairperson.
