The Missouri Highway and Transportation Department says a construction project is set to begin June 12th that will close eastbound Exit 161 off Interstate 44. This will affect northbound and southbound traffic across the Y-Highway-Missouri Avenue bridges over I-44 in St. Robert. One lane will remain open in each direction on the bridges during the project, which is expected to take about four months to complete.
