Since the beginning of the pandemic, many times court hearings take place via video conference, with the defendant, attorneys and the judge communicating through an internet connection. Using that same technology, Laclede County Associate Judge Larry Winfrey is developing a project which he says will bring more transparency to the judicial process.

Judge Winfrey said he only speaks for his courtroom, and he hopes to provide more people insight into how the court process works and why things happen the way they do through the judicial process.
